Vladimir Vučković

Vladimir Vučković received his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade (2004).


In the period from 2011 to 2020, he performed the function of a member of the Fiscal Council of the Republic of Serbia. He is an independent member of the Management Board of Intesa Bank.

He taught at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade (1998-2008) and Megatrend University (2008-2016).

In his career, Vladimir has published more than 70 papers in reference and professional journals in the country and abroad in the field of macroeconomics, finance, fiscal economy, international economy, and the European Union. He is the co-author of two textbooks, International Economics and Financial Management.

He participated in the development of numerous projects and research, supported by the republic ministries, the National Bank of Serbia and the European Agency for Reconstruction.

Vladimir Vučković was a member of the editorial board of the magazine Monthly Analysis and Forecasting (published by the Institute of Economic Sciences), editor of the bulletin Macroeconomic Analysis and Trends and Business Barometer (published by the Economic Institute of Belgrade) and author of the Quarterly Monitor (published by the Economic Science Development Fund).

He is a member of the presidency of the Association of Economists and a member of the Scientific Society of Economists. He trained professionally in the United States.
